Your first payment on any GALMO AI subscription plan (monthly or annual)
Requests submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial charge date
One refund per person / per account

The guarantee does not apply to:

Renewal payments (only the first payment on a new subscription)
Requests made after the 7-day window has passed
Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
Promotional or discounted pricing specifically offered without a refund window
