Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your GALMO AI membership. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each billing period
You authorise GALMO AI and Stripe to charge your payment method on file at each renewal
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days before suspending access
You will receive an email receipt after each successful charge
You can update your payment method at any time via your account settings or by emailing support@galmo.online

Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your account settings — no phone call required
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You retain full access to all content until that date
No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period (see Money Back Policy for the 7-day guarantee)
After cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate

Founding Member Terms

Price Lock Guarantee: Founding member pricing is locked at the rate you subscribed at, for life — as long as your subscription remains continuously active.

The locked price applies only to the plan type you originally subscribed to (monthly or annual)
If you cancel and resubscribe, founding member pricing may no longer be available
Switching between monthly and annual founding plans is permitted and retains the locked price
GALMO AI reserves the right to adjust founding pricing only in extraordinary circumstances with 90 days' notice

Price Changes

For standard (non-founding) plans, GALMO AI may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice via email. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, continued use constitutes acceptance. Founding member prices are exempt from standard increases.

Free Trials & Promotions

From time to time, GALMO AI may offer free trials or promotional pricing. These offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and are limited to one per person unless otherwise stated.

Taxes

GALMO AI is required to collect sales tax or VAT in certain jurisdictions. If applicable, tax will be displayed at checkout before payment is taken. Tax obligations are determined by your billing address.
